Enclosure

The relationship between energy production and boundary formation is explored in this composition. Energy, in this instance being calorific intake or food production. Once again we see the density of the enclosure but here there is much more development with secondary and even tertiary levels indicated by the bridging from one block to another. When habitation takes place within the constraints of an enclosure, the form of the structures forced to develop in whatever direction offers least resistance, in this case up! The grid layout made famous during the long past enlightenment and industrial revolutions is present but it is unclear whether it is a remnant or a re-occurrence.
